About David T. King

After 19 years in the competitive commercial retail leasing market in New York City, David T. King brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to The Emmert/King Team. King has a reputation for honesty, know how and has quickly established himself as one of the most competitive realtors in the Sussex County area.

After graduating from Valley Forge Military Academy and attending the University of Delaware, King worked for his family's clothing business, King's Men's Shop in Dover. Upon moving to Manhattan, King worked for such companies as Joseph P. Day, Newmark & Company and Ripco Realty. During this time, he completed lease negotiations throughout New York City's five boroughs, with a strong concentration in Manhattan, in such areas as Rockefeller Center, Times Square, 5th Avenue, Madison Avenue, The Chrysler Building, The Empire State Building and the Ed Sullivan Theater, home of "The Late Show With David Letterman."

Originally from the Dover and Rehoboth Beach area he relocated back to Rehoboth in 2004. He has been with RE/MAX Realty Group, Rehoboth since 2005.
